臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨CT定位下臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法68例腰椎间盘突出症患者,共87个间隙,于CT定位下穿刺行腰椎间盘内及椎间孔周围臭氧注射术。结果术后经3。18个月门诊及电话随访,显效49例(72.1%),有效13例(19.1%),无效6例(8.8%),总有效率91.2%(62/68),无副损伤及严重不良反应。结论CT定位下臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症方法简便,疗效显著,无副损伤,为治疗腰椎间盘突出症的理想方法。
