The influence of health education on the compliance of senile dementia patients

摘要 目的探讨健康教育对提高老年性痴呆症患者用药依从性及治疗的影响。方法将60例老年性痴呆症患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例。实验组除和对照组一样给予药物治疗和常规的住院宣教以外,每周进行3次有针对性的健康教育,出院时对两组患者的治疗依从性进行评定以及半年后随访的依从性。结果实验组的治疗效果比对照组明显的提高,再住院率明显降低。结论加强对老年性痴呆症患者的健康教育,对病人的治疗依从性有积极的作用。 Objective To discuss the influence of health education on the compliance of senile dementia patients. Methods Sixty cases of senile dementia were divided into experimental group and control group at random, each group 30 cases. Besides the medical treatmerit and regular hospital propaganda given the same as that of control group, purpose - aimed and concrete health education were given to the experimental group three times a week. When discharging nurse, an evaluation will be given to the two groups. And half a year later, a random interview was adopted. Results The treatment effects of experimental group were greatly enhanced compared with those of control group, and the re - hospitalization rate was dearly reduced. Conclusions Stressing health education on the senile dementia patinets plays a special and active role to the treatment compliance.
