硬式内窥镜手术器材无缝隙管理的应用效果

The effect and application evaluation of seamless management of hard endoscopic surgery equipment

目的探讨易损性硬式内窥镜手术设备无缝隙化管理的效果和意义。方法将2007年未实施无缝隙化管理下的硬式内窥镜手术设备知识考核结果和每百台手术设备缺陷和故障率与2008年实施无缝隙管理后的考核结果与缺陷和故障率进行对比。结果2008年实施无缝隙化管理后硬式内窥镜手术参与人员对设备构造、工作原理、调试方法、清洁消毒、缺陷检查五个方面的考核成绩均较实施无缝隙管理前显著提高（P均〈0．01），实施后的2008年硬式内窥镜手术设备发生缺陷和故障39次，每百台手术设备缺陷和故障率为3％，2007全年硬式内窥镜手术设备发生缺陷和故障77次，每百台手术设备缺陷和故障率7％，两者比较具有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论无缝隙管理方法能有效减少管理环节空白点，显著降低易损性硬式内窥镜手术设备的缺陷和故障率，对提升手术室管理质量具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of the seamless management application of damageable hard endoscopic surgery equipment. Methods Compare the hard endoscopic surgery equipments knowledge examination results and the defects and failure rates of equipments per one hundred operations before and after seamless management in 2007 and 2008 respectively. Results The examination resuits had been improved distinctively （AU P 〈0. 01 ） in equipment construction, operation method, cleaning and disinfection, adjustment method, defects inspection after implementing the seamless management of hard endoscopic surgery in 2008, it had happened 39 times of defects and failures on the hard endoscopic surgery equipment after implementing the seamless management in 2008, the defects and failure rate was 3% per one hundred surgical equipment, and it had happened 77 times of defects and failures in 2007, and the defects and failure rate was 7% per one hundred operation, so the seamless management has distinctive difference （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusions The seamless management method can reduce its blanks, low down the defect and failure rate of the hard endoscopic equipment, which has important significance upon the operation room management.
