摘要
目的探讨在临床实习教学中运用整体护理的思维,探索整体护理临床实习教学模式的实效性,以提高护生的职业素质和综合能力。方法随机确定实验班和对照班,对照班采取传统的临床实习教学模式,实验班采取以整体护理为核心的临床实习教学模式。结果实验班护生的职业素质、护理评估能力、知识运用能力、护患沟通能力、健康教育能力与对照班比较差异有显著性(P〈0.01)。结论以整体护理为核心的临床实习教学模式对强化护生综合能力的培养具有实际意义。
Objective To explore the application of holistic nursing- based clinical practical teaching mode in the course of clinical practical teaching so as to improve vocational quality and comprehensive competency of nursing students. Methods Determined randomly experiment class and control class. Control class was adopt traditional clinical practical teaching mode, experiment class was adopt holistic nursing - based clinical practical teaching mode. Results Vocational quality and competency of nursing assessment, applying knowledge, communication as well as heahh education were much higher in nursing students of experiment class ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusions Holistic nursing - based clinical practical teaching mode has actual significance for strengthening the comprehensive competency of nursing students.
