摘要
目的评估心理功能对肝癌患者生活质量的影响，为提高肝癌患者的生活质量提供依据。方法采用生活质量问卷进行评定，以心理功能分中位数（12．59）将患者分为两组，对生活质量各领域成组设计资料进行统计分析。结果心理功能好的患者生活质量明显高于心理功能差者。结论心理功能是影响肝癌患者生活质量的最重要因素，通过进行有针对性的心理干预可提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the effects of psychological status on the quality of life of the patients with liver cancer, and give the evidence of improving the quality of life of the patients. Methods All the patients were divided into two groups according to the median （ 12. 59） of mental health and were evaluated by questionnaire of the quality of life. The designed data of the quality of life in different domain were statistically analyzed. Results The quality of life of the patients with good psychological status was higher obviously than patients with poor psychological status. Conclusions The psychological status is the most important role in effecting on the quality of life. Proper psychological intervention could improve the quality of life of the patients.
