癫痫患者疾病不确定感与社会支持的相关性研究

The relationship between uncertainty in illness and social support in patients of epilepsy

目的探讨癫痫患者疾病不确定感水平与社会支持之间的相关性，寻求相应的护理对策。方法对60例癫痫患者应用疾病不确定感量表和社会支持评定量表进行测量。结果癫痫患者的疾病不确定感处于中等程度，社会支持处于低水平，疾病不确定感与社会支持之间存在显著的负相关。结论应关注癫痫患者的疾病不确定感，提供有效的社会支持，以提高其生存质量。

Objective To examine the relationship between uncertainty in illness and social support in patients of epilepsy, in order to select the nursing measures. Methods The scale of uncertainty in illness and social support were used in patients of epilepsy. Results The uncertainty in illness of epilepsy was medium. The level of social support was lowly. The uncertainty in illness was significantly associated with the social support. Conclusions The uncertainty in illness should be pay more attention in patients with epilepsy, effective social support should be offered too.
