胃肠道术后肠内与肠外营养支持的护理研究

The research of enteral and parenteral nutrition support after gastrointestinal surgery

目的探讨胃肠肿瘤术后患者早期肠内营养支持的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院60例胃肠道肿瘤切除患者．分为早期肠内营养（EN）组和肠外营养（PN）组各30例，比较两组营养指标、肠功能恢复、并发症率。结果两组术后营养指标的差异不显著，但EN组肠功能恢复较早，并发症率低，住院时间短。结论术后早期EN治疗，减少并发症率，缩短住院时问，是一种操作简便、安全经济的方法。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of early enteral nutrition support. Methods Sixty cases with gastrointestinal tumor resection patients in our hospital were divided into early enteral nutrition group （EN） and parenteral nutrition （PN） group. Two groups of nutrition indicators, the recovery, of intestinal function ,complications rates were compared. Results Postoperative nutrition indicators had no significant difference, but the EN group had the earlier recovery of intestinal function, the low rate of complications, little hospitalization time. Conclusions Early postoperative EN treatment can reduce the complication rate,hospitalization time,which is a simple,safe and economical method.
