Exploration and Study on the Educational Model for Chinese Chemistry Graduates

在药物研究与开发国家政策由＂仿制到创制＂转变的大环境下,针对我国中药化学专业研究生培养现状、存在问题,结合中药化学专业的特点,探索一条适合国策和现状的中药化学专业研究生培养模式,即＂规范＂和＂创新＂并举,以适应我国新药研究和开发人才的需求。

Under the direction of national policy of drug design and development,we analyzed the educational status of the Chinese chemistry graduates and the character of Chinese chemistry subject,explored the educational model of the Chinese chemistry graduates to adapt the demand of human resources of drug design and development,which emphasized the combination of the normalization and the innovation.
