摘要
目的探讨情感激励在供应室管理中的应用。方法将情感激励管理干预前后供应室护理人员的SAS和SDS评分进行比较。结果评分显示,情感激励管理干预后供应室护理人员近期一周内SAS评分和SDS评分要比常模稍高,但差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论及早的发现护理人员的情绪变化并及时进行情感激励管理干预,不仅能够实现管理目标,而且能在有限的物质奖励环境中提高护理人员的主动服务意识。
Objective explore the application of emotional encouragement in supply room management.Methods carried on a comparison of the SAS and SDS scores before and after the emotional encouragement intervention for workers who in supply room.Results the SAS and SDS scores after the emotional encouragement intervention were no significantly higher than former,the difference wasno significant(P0.05).Conclusion early discovers the nursing personnel's emotion variety and carry on emotional encouragement intervention in time,can not only carry out management target,but also can raise the consciousness of active service
