我国临床护理专家的培养现状与分析

Culture status quo and analysis of the clinical nurse specialists

临床护理专家（CNS）经过近一个世纪的不断发展，目前在一些发达国家已形成比较系统、完善、成熟的制度，而我国尚处于摸索阶段，各方面机制还不完善。分析我国CNS的培养现状进行初步探讨，并就相关问题提出见解及对策。

In some developed Western country such as USA, Canada, clinical nurse specialist （CNS） has become a systemically, wholly and mature institution after development of about a century. However, the institution of CNS in China is still at the exploratory stage, all aspects of the mechanism is not perfect, this article makes a preliminary study on the status of the cultivation of China CNS and puts forward its own related issues.
