护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病妊娠结局的影响

Influence of nursing interference on the gestational result of pregnant women with GDM

目的探讨护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病妊娠结局的影响。方法选取近5年经产前检查诊断为妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）的患者74例作为观察组，进行护理干预；同时选取未能接受护理干预的GDM孕妇71例作为对照组，比较分析两组孕妇、胎儿、新生儿发生并发症的发生率。结果观察组孕妇、胎儿、新生儿并发症发生率分别为18．9％、12．2％、12．5％，对照组分别是42．3％、39．4％、53．7％，两组对照三项差异显著。结论护理干预有效降低母儿的并发症的发生，提高生存质量。

Objective To probe into the influence of nursing interference on the gestational result of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM） . Methods The 74 cases recent -5 -year pregnant women who were diagnosed as GDM in the antenatal examination of our hospital were regarded as the observation group, in which the nursing interference was carried out. The 71 cases GDM pregnant women who were not carried out the nursing interference were regarded as the control group. The incidences of complications against the pregnant women, fetuses and new - birth babies in two groups were compared. Results The incidences of complications against the pregnant women, fetuses and new- birth babies in the observation group were respectively 18.9%, 12. 2% and 12. 5%, while those in the contml group were respectively 42. 3%, 39. 4% and 53.7%. The differences between two groups were obvious. Conclusions The nursing interference could effectively decrease the mother and baby＇s incidence of complications and improve the survival quality.
