The pathologic observation of acute liver injury in mice inducible by concanavalin A

目的：探讨刀豆蛋白Ａ（ＣｏｎＡ）诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤的病理机制。方法：应用ＣｏｎＡ诱导建立小鼠实验性急性肝损伤模型，并进行光镜和电镜观察。结果：小鼠早期肝损伤突出表现为肝细胞调亡。结论：凋亡可能为刀豆蛋白Ａ诱导的肝细胞死亡的主要机制。

Purpose The pathological pattern of acute liver injury in mice inducible by concanavalin A (ConA) was studied. Methods The experimental liver injury model was established by iv injection of concanavalin A (Con A) in mice. Hepatic injury was assessed by light and electron microscopy. Results Histopathologic changes of liver were characterized by apoptosis of liver cells at early stage of development of liver injury. Conclusion Apoptosis might be the important mechanism of liver cell death induced by conA in vivo . It gives a relatively ideal experimental animal model for study of pathogenesis and pathophysiology of hepatitis and other liver diseases.
