“文件夹式考核”在护理临床实践教学体系中的实践与研究

The research and implementation of＂ File- Evaluation＂ in nursing clinical teaching system

目的通过实施“文件夹式考核”临床实践教学模式，提高护生的自主学习能力和应岗能力。方法以学生为主体，学生自行确立问题、研究问题、解决问题，进行研究性学习，并将学习全过程的有关记录和证据整理成学习档案装入文件夹，之后提交老师，教师给予评价、考核。结果采用“文件夹式考核”进行实践教学，护生的应岗能力、自主学习能力、思维能力、独立思考能力、沟通能力和综合运用能力均明显提高。结论在护理专业实践教学中开展“文件夹式考核”进行实践教学是可行的、也是必要的。

Objective Through implementing clinical teaching pattern, which was called＂ file - evaluation＂, to improve the student nurses＇self - study ability and competence for job. Methods As a center, the students could find the problem and resolve them; on the other hand, they could carry out the researching studies, and record all associated informations into the files, then these files were sent to the teacher; Finally the teacher would make the evaluations. Results All of the students＇comprehensive abilities, including competence for job, self - study ability, communication and application abilities as well as independent logical - thinking abilitiy had made great improvement. Conclusion It is necessary and feasible to carry out ＂ file - evaluation＂ clinical teaching pattern.
