防坠床床单的制作与临床应用研究

Making and the application of a kind of bed sheet to prevent falling down from the bed

目的探索一种有效而舒适地保护病人不发生坠床的方法。方法按人院的先后顺序将病种、年龄、性别、及有关症状类似的、有坠床危险的116例病人相对均衡的分配到观察组与对照组。观察组使用防坠床床单，对照组使用床挡，观察两种保护具的效果。结果两种保护具在病人坠床发生率方面无差异性（P〉0．05），在保护具并发症及陪护、护士对使用时的满意度等方面，存在差异性（P〈0．05），防坠床床单的使用效果优于床挡，但二者也各有优缺点。结论防坠床床单作用范围广，无保护具并发症，陪护及护士使用时的满意度高，单独使用或配合床挡使用，不失为一种好的保护措施。

Objective To search for a effective and comfortable method approaching to prevent the patient fall down from the bed. Methods Make a kind of bed sheet which can prevent the patient from falling down from the bed, then the result of the two protection tools was observed. Results The two protection tools had no difference in the rate of falling down, hut there had different in the complications of the protection tools and satisfaction of the patients, the accompanies and the nurses （ P 〈 0. 05）, anti - fall down bed sheet was superior to bedrails. But the two had its forte and defect. Conclusions Anti - fall down bed sheet can be used broadly, it has not complication of protection tools and the patients, accompanies and the nurses are satisfied with it. It is an effective protective measure to replace the bedrails or to go with it.
