摘要
介绍了水解酸化-UBF-接触氧化组合工艺处理聚醚多元醇生产污水的工艺设计和运行效果。经一段时间的调试及运行表明:该工艺处理聚醚多元醇生产综合污水是切实可行的。在进水ρ(COD)为8000~12000mg/L,ρ(BOD5)为1200~1500mg/L的条件下,经过该工艺处理,出水ρ(COD)为250~300mg/L,ρ(BOD5)在50~80mg/L以下,出水水质达GB8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》Ⅲ级。
It is introduced that the process design and running effect of treating wastewater from producing polyether polyols by air floatation-hydrolysis acidification-UBF-biological contact oxidation-oxidation ditch process.This process has advantages of low energy consumption and easy control.Under normal condition when COD of influent is 8 000 ~ 12 000 mg /L and BOD5 is 1 200 ~ 1 500 mg /L,the mean residual COD in effluent will be lower than 250 ~ 300 mg /L and BOD5 will be lower than 50 ~ 80 mg /L,which can meet the third-order of "National Standard for Comprehensive Discharge of Wastewater(GB8978-1996)".
