温病气分热盛证治疗的动物实验研究

INVESTIGATION ON EXPERIMENTAL ANIMAL OF HYPERACTIVITY OF HEAT-EVIL AT QIFEN SYNDROME OF SEASONAL FEBRILE DISEASE

本文实验通过温病气分热盛证动物模型的建立,采用白虎汤、大承气汤及两者合方对该证动物模型进行治疗,观察了用药后各组动物症状、体证的改善情况,血液流变学指标、血细菌培养和有关脏器病理变化的改善情况。结果表明,白虎汤,大承气汤对该证均有治疗作用;两方合用后,效果协同,作用效为全面,并对三方的部分作用机理进行了探讨。提示临床治疗该证时,应注意机体的邪正消长变化,在以辩证论治为主的同时,恰当地运用“清热”与“攻下”相结合的方法,尽早尽快地驱逐体内邪毒,以提高临床之疗效。

Using Bai Hu soup, Da Cheng Qi soup and both, we treated experimental hyperactivity of heat-evil at Qifen syndrome of rabbits. We observed improvement of symptoms and physical signs, hemorrheology, blood bacteria culture and recovery of pathological changes of related organs.The results inqicated that Bai Hu soup, Da Cheng Qi soup all showed healing effect. United two recipe showed general coordination effect. We also inpuired into part of the mechanism.The article pointed out when we treat the syndrome, we should pay attention to growth and decline between healthy energy and evil in human body. The principle method is selection of treatment based on the differential diagnoses, also combining clearing away the heat-evil with purgation. The purpose is to drive out virulent heat-evil inside human body and to increase clinical curative effect.
