鲁洁教授是我国著名教育学家,是引领我国教育学基本理论发展方向的知名学者。在几十年的教育学理论研究中,她围绕"人的教育"来建构以人为本的教育学,形成了极具创新性的教育学理论。她的教育学理论的特色与创新主要表现在:以人为中心来建构教育学;建基于德育理论的教育学理论;从完整的马克思主义实践哲学出发构筑教育学理论;在对现代教育的反思与批判中建构教育学理论;从教育适应与超越的辩证关系建构教育理论。

Professor Lu Jie is a well-known educationalist and a famous scholar who has been leading the development of basic education theory in our country. During several decades＇ research in education theory, she concentrated on ＂education of man＂ to construct hu- man-oriented education, forming such a creative education theory. The characteristics and innovation in her education theory include the following aspects： to construct educational theory following the human-oriented principle; to construct educational theory on ttie basis of moral education theory; to construct educational theory according to the complete Marxist practical philosophy; to construct educational theory in the process of reflection and criticism to modern education; to construct educational theory from the dialectical relation between adaption of education and transcendence of education.
