摘要
介绍了医护人员隐性知识共享的内涵,并从主观和客观两个方面分析了医护人员隐性知识共享的障碍。在此基础上,从个人、组织、技术、文化等几方面提出了促进医护人员隐性知识共享的策略,以期对医护人员隐性知识共享实践起到一定的指导作用。
The connotation of tacit knowledge sharing in medical staff was introduced. The obstacles of tacit knowledge sharing in medical staff were analyzed from the subjective and objective aspects. Some suggestions were put forward for tacit knowledge sharing in medical staff from the individual, organizational, technical and cultural aspects.
