摘要
在介绍艺术疗法的定义和作用的基础上,分析了高校图书馆开展艺术疗法的可行性,深入探讨了文学疗法和音乐疗法等艺术疗法的具体实施方法,并提出在高校图书馆心理健康教育中实施艺术疗法的策略。
The definition and role of art therapy were introduced followed by an analysis of the feasibility of carrying out art therapy in college and university libraries. The specific methods of literary therapy and music therapy were discussed and the tactics of carrying out art therapy in mental health education of college and university libraries were put forward.
