摘要
目的：比较乳腺超声与乳腺扫描诊断乳腺癌的优势。方法：2009年1月~10月间分别用乳腺B型超声和乳腺X线扫描对1500例育龄期妇女进行乳腺癌筛查,结合病理诊断确诊。结果：采用B型超声诊断出乳腺癌5例,阳性检出率为0.33%;采用乳腺X线扫描诊断出乳腺癌1例,阳性检出率为0.07%。结论：乳腺B型超声诊断乳腺癌明显优于乳腺X线扫描。
Objective：Comparison of breast ultrasound and galactophore choledoch the advantages of breast cancer.Methods：In 2009 between 1 to October with galactophore b-mode ultrasound and x-ray scanning in women of reproductive age 1 500 cases of breast cancer screening for women.Results：Use b-type ultrasound in the 5 cases of breast cancer,positive rate to 33%;Using galactophore x-ray choledoch out breast cancer 1 cases,positive rate 0.07%.Conclusion：Ultrasonic diagnosis of breast cancer of the breast b-type outgo breast x-ray scanning.
