糖化血红蛋白水平与急性脑梗死入院时神经功能关系 被引量:2

Relationship between Glycosylated Hemoglobin A1c and Neuro-function Deficit of Acute Stroke Patients on Admission

摘要 目的:观察糖化血红蛋白水平与急性脑卒中患者入院时神经功能的关系。方法:我们收集92例急性脑梗死病历,分为糖化血红蛋白升高组与正常组,入院24~48小时检测空腹血糖,糖化血红蛋白等指标,采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institutes of HealthStroke Scale,NIHSS)、改良Rankin量表(Modified Ranking Scale,mRs)、格拉斯哥昏迷量表(Glasgow Coma Scale,GCS)评分评价患者的神经功能,进行2组间评分的比较。结果:糖化血红蛋白升高组患者的NIHSS、mRs评分明显高于糖化血红蛋白正常组患者,而GCS评分要比糖化血红蛋白正常组低,2组间比较差异有统计学意义(p≤0.05)。结论:GHbA1c与卒中发生危险密切相关。 Objective:To assess the relation between glycosylated hemoglobin A1c and neuro-function deficit.Methods:Our study was conducted in 92 patients with acute stroke who were divided into elevated glycosylated hemoglobin and normal glycosylated hemoglobin groups.Fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin A1c were measured and mRs,NIHSS and GCS were performed within 24 to 48 hours after admission.Results:NIHSS and mRs in the elevated glycosylated hemoglobin group were significantly higher than that in the normal glycosylated hemoglobin group,and GCS in the former were lower than that in the latter.There was a significant difference between the two groups(p0.05).Conclusion:Glycosylated hemoglobin A1c are closely related to stroke incidence.It could be beneficial for the precaution of acute stroke to decrease the level of GHbA1c.
