摘要
目的:研究成人气管狭窄横断面积变小多少,可以导致呼吸困难。方法:用螺旋CT对11例气管狭窄的患者进行横断扫描,扫描后在CT上测量与计算正常气管的横断面积和最狭窄部位的气管面积。结果:当气管狭窄后,气管平均通气面积小于正常气管本身通气面积的1/3时,便可以引起呼吸困难。结论:用CT对气管横断面积的测量,可以确定单纯的由气管狭窄引起的呼吸困难。
Objective:To study the limitations of cross-sectional area of tracheal stenosis smaller the number lead to difficulty breathing.Methods:11 cases of patients with tracheal stenosis were cross-sectional scanned with spiral CT,measured and calculated.Results:As the tracheal stenosis,the tracheal ventilation average size,smaller than normal area of tracheal ventilation itself 1/3,it can cause difficulty breathing.Conclusion:The use of CT of the trachea cross-sectional area measurements,determine a simple trachea cross-sectional area measurements,determine a simple tracheal stenosis caused by difficulty in breathing.
