目的：为促进母婴健康,探讨更加方便、快捷的孕妇健康教育模式。方法：在新浪网建立托管博客,由专人管理,利用文章、视频、图片等形式发布信息,开展孕妇健康教育。结果：2008年4月~12月,博客点击人数达16万人次,其中点击率最高的是孕期保健方面的内容,管理员发表健康教育文章104篇,浏览者发表评论文章475篇,在线咨询148人次。结论：应用博客开展孕妇健康教育,更加方便、快捷,内容全面,共享性和互动性强,适合不同层次的孕妇和家属,有利于孕妇获得健康教育知识,促进母婴健康。

Objective：To promote babies＇ and mothers＇ health,explore more convenient and quicker health education models of pregnant women.Methods：Set up a blog that is in the charge of an administrator at www.sina.com,use articles,pictures,video frequency and so on to send messages,develop health education of pregnant women.Results：There are 160,000 people looking through the blog between April and December 2008,especially the pregnant women care.The administrator has published 104 articles on health education,the readers have published 475 articles to do some reviews about them,148 people have sought advice online.Conclusion：Using blog launches health education of pregnant women,it not only can be more convenient and quicker,but also contains all the contents,and it is useful for people to learn from each other and communicate with each other,people can also share it with others.It can suit different pregnant women and their families,and it＇s helpful for pregnant women to gain the knowledge of health education,at the same time it can advance the health of mothers and babies.
