摘要
目的:探讨CD44蛋白表达与人胰腺癌浸润、转移的关系。方法:应用特异的鼠抗人CD44标准型、变异型单抗及流式细胞和免疫组化技术,研究CD44蛋白在人胰腺癌细胞株和胰腺癌组织标本中的表达。结果:人胰腺癌组织CD44变异型之一的CD44v9表达较非肿瘤组织明显升高(P<0.05),CD44v9的表达与胰腺癌的浸润、转移和分化程度有关。结论:CD44变异型表达可作为胰腺癌分化。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of cluster of differentiation 44 (CD44) and the infiltration and metastasis of human pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Methods: Flow cytometry and immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the expression of CD44 standard (CD44s) and variant isoforms (CD44v) in human pancreatic carcinoma cell lines (PaTu8988 and SW1990) and tissue sample. Results: At protein level, up regulated expression of CD44v 9 was correlated with infiltration and metastasis as well as tumor differentiation of human pancreatic adenocarcinoma (P<0 05). Conclusion: The over expression of CD44v 9 protein may play a role in the infiltration and metastasis of human pancreatic adenocarcinoma, and may be a potential marker of tumor differentiation.
