转化生长因子β_1的表达与肺放射性损伤关系初步研究

Study of the relation ship between the expression of TGF β 1 and radiation induced lung injury-a preliminery report

目的：研究转化生长因子β１（ＴＧＦβ１）在血清及组织中的表达与正常肺组织放射损伤的关系。方法：采用ＥＬＩＳＡ、免疫组化、ＨＥ染色和ＶＢ染色等方法观察血清和组织中ＴＧＦβ１的表达与放射损伤的关系。结果：照射后血清中ＴＧＦβ１平均水平均高于照射前，差别意义显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）；２０Ｇｙ、３０Ｇｙ组血清ＴＧＦβ１平均水平亦高于照射前，差别意义显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。ＨＥ染色见各组均有支气管粘膜坏死脱落，２０Ｇｙ、３０Ｇｙ组肺泡间隔和肺泡中有巨噬细胞和中性白细胞浸润，２０Ｇｙ组最明显：免疫组化ＴＧＦβ１蛋白的表达和ＶＢ染色胶原纤维和弹力纤维的改变亦是２０Ｇｙ组最明显。

Objective: To investigate the relation ship between the serum and tissue expression of TGF β 1 and the radiation induced lung injury.Methods:The ELISAs,HE staining,anti TGF β 1 staining,VB staining were used for this purpose.Results:The average level of serum TGF β 1 after radiation is higher than that before radiation (P<0.05);the average level of serum TGF β 1 after 20Gy and 30Gy radiation,especially in the former, is higher than that before radiation (P<0.05);more changes in staining by HE,anti TGF β 1 and VB were seen in 20Gy group.Conclusion:TGF β 1 plays an important role in radiation-induced lung injury.
