摘要
回顾了顾客忠诚概念及研究发展历程,在此基础上构建了旅游地游客忠诚研究的概念框架并对其组成部分进行了解释。认为应以动态的、综合的观点研究旅游地游客忠诚,全面考虑影响旅游地游客忠诚的因素,并引入关系视角对旅游地游客忠诚的形成过程进行了研究。
Firstly,this paper reviewed the customer-loyalty's conception and the process of study on customer loyalty. Secondly, bused on literature review, this paper built up a conceptual framework of tourism destination loyalty. Then it tried to explain the components of the proposed framework.In the end, it was considered that the study on tourism destination loyalty should be conducted in a dynamic and comprebensive way,and the influencing factors of tourism destination loyalty should be taken into account in all aspects. The study suggested that the relational view should be introduced to study on tourism destination loyalty. It would be helpful to explanations of tourism destination loyalty' s formation process.
