摘要
针对大吉山钨矿重选工艺流程贫富混选、一段大闭路磨矿存在的问题,进行了贫富分选、二段一闭路磨矿的技术改造,使重选尾矿WO3品位由0.043%降低至0.038%,钨回收率提高了0.7个百分点,2009年4~12月多回收钨金属获益107.7万元,节约电费42万元,取得了较显著的经济效益。
Technical reformation measures were taken in Dajishan Tungsten Mine to improve tungsten recovery rate.The results showed that the grade of separation tailing WO3 dropped from 0.043 % to 0.038 %,whereas the tungsten recovery rate rose by 0.7 %.The net benefit by recovering tungsten during April to Dec.,2009 amounts to RMB 1 070 000 Yuan after technical reformation.In addition,electricity fee of RMB 420 000 Yuan was saved.
