摘要
对节能发电调度中煤耗与污染物综合排放计算、不确定度分析、煤耗曲线生成等问题进行了探讨。对煤耗与污染物计算不确定度进行了分析,认为影响两者不确定度大小主要是采用测量仪器示值导致的B类不确定度,在拟合煤耗曲线前需要对数据进行光滑及排除等数据预处理。煤耗率曲线宜采用双曲线的方式,则煤耗曲线为二次曲线。给出了供电煤耗和污染物排放的综合计算方法和判断烟囱出口处SO2真实浓度的思路。
An approach to the problems in energy- saving generation dispatching, such as coal consumption and pollutants total emission calculation, analysis of uncertainty, and formulation of coal consumption curve etc. , has been made, and the uncertainty in calculation of coal consumption and pollutants emission being analysed. It is believed that the main factor affecting the uncertainty degree in calculation of coal consumption and pollutants emission is the uncertainty of B kind resulted from indicating value of the adopting measuring instruments. Before the coal comsumption curve being fitted, the data need to be smoothed and excluded from pre -processing. The coal consumption rate curve is suitable to adop the hyperbolic form,while the coal consumption curve has to be a quadratic curve. Finally,a compre -hensive calculation method of net coal consumption and pollutants emission, as well as the way of thinking for evalvating the actual concentration of SO2 at exit of the chemney are given.
