摘要 用4种透气程度不同的材料封口培养瓶,进行蛹虫草培养试验,研究了培养瓶透气性对蛹虫草生长的影响。结果表明,培养瓶的透气性对蛹虫草菌丝体生长、原基形成、子实体生长速度及颜色等均有显著的影响。透气程度越高,菌丝体封面所需时间越短,原基形成越早,子实体平均生长速度越快,同时每瓶子实体的鲜重也越大,生物转化率也越高。蛹虫草菌丝体生长、原基分化及子实体生长需要良好的透气性,透气性最大的培养瓶无菌封口膜是适合蛹虫草培养瓶的封口材料。 Cordyceps militaris was cultivated in four kinds culture bottles covered with different permeability materials, in order to studied the effect of air permeability on the growth of Cordyceps militaris. The results showed that the air permeability has significant effect on the mycelium growth, primordium formation, fruiting body growth and so on. The higher the air permeability was, the shorter the time for mycelium cover and primordium formation, and the faster the fruiting body average growth speed was. Meanwhile, the fruiting body fresh weight was heavier and biological efficiency was higher. Therefore, good air permeability could promote its mycelium growth, primordium formation and fruiting body growth. The Hydrophobic Fluoropore Membrane is the most ideal covered material for cultivating Cordyceps militaris in bottles.
