摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法研究了1.8%阿维菌素乳油在广州小白菜中的降解动态,结果表明,按推荐使用剂量、2倍推荐使用剂量和4倍推荐使用剂量使用后,阿维菌素在小白菜中的半衰期为1~2d。在推荐使用剂量和2倍使用剂量施药3次的情况下,阿维菌素在推荐使用剂量处理的小白菜中均未检出,而在2倍推荐使用剂量处理的小白菜中的残留量分别是5.38μg/kg,属于易分解农药。
The degradation dynamics of 1,8%avermectin EC reverse in Brassica chinensis were tested in the method of reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). The results showed that their half lives werel.89 d,1.73 d , 1.76 d in Brassica chinensis ,respectively, when 1.8%avermectin EC was applied by recommended dosages,two times and three times. 1.8% avermectin EC in Brassica chinensis was not detected in 7 d after final application when it was used at there times by a recommended dosage (9 mg/mL). It was 5.38μg/kg in Brassica chinensis when used at three times by two recommended dosage of avermectin in Brassica chinensis. So avermectin is a decomposable pesticide.
