体验式教学模式在餐饮管理课程中的运用

Experiential teaching is a kind of teaching model,guiding the students to take the initiative to find and to do active learning.By describing the content and features of experiential teaching,it can be found that experiential teaching have much more advantage than traditional teaching.At this a variety of teaching methods can be used,such as： case-based experiential teaching,scenario analogue experiential teaching,social and investigative experiential teaching,project-based experiential teaching,training professional skills experiential teaching and the competition-style experiential teaching.In order to obtain good results,the teathcher must pay attention to teaching roles,the choice of teaching content,and how to deal with the relationship between the experiential teaching and the traditional teaching.
