新形势下雷锋精神的实践与弘扬——由承德石油高等专科学校“雷锋公司”引发的思考

雷锋精神不仅是特定时代的产物,而且在新时期仍然具有强烈的社会价值导向作用,值得继续大力弘扬和提倡。在新形势下,特别是科学发展观指导下,高等学校如何有效地学习雷锋精神值得关注。本文通过对学校"雷锋公司"的运行分析,探讨其紧密结合高校大学生实际,通过倡导社会主义核心价值观、与社会实践紧密结合、创新组织形式等,有效地传承和弘扬雷锋精神,帮助大学生树立正确的人生观、世界观,倡导新型的价值观,增强他们的实践能力,提高其就业和创业能力。

Lei-Feng′s spirit is not only the product of certain times.In current society,it still has powerful value orientation effect,and is worthy of promotion.In the new period,especially under the scientific outlook on development,how to develop Lei-Feng′s spirit is really a problem.This paper is designed to study how the＂Lei-Feng Company＂ in universites effectivly inherite the essence of Lei-Feng′s spirit and carry it out,so as to help the university students to build correct view of life and new values,and to improve their practice ability.
