高职学生入党动机的调查与分析——以杭州市部分高职院校为例

The investigation and analysis of vocational college students′ motive to join the party——A case study on some vocational college students in Hangzhou

我国高职院校大学生积极要求入党的主流思想是健康纯正的,但其入党动机已走向多元化,具体包括理想信仰型、求职压力型、盲目跟从型、自我发展型和资本积累型等5种类型。高职学生入党动机的多元化是由学生个体、基层党组织及社会转型等多重因素引起的。端正高职学生的入党动机,必须强化高职院校的马克思主义理论教育和基层党组织的建设,加强制度建构,重视对高职学生的社会实践锻炼,提升其党性修养。

The mainstream thinking of China′s vocational college students applying to join the party is healthy and pure,but their motivation has been diversified.Generally speaking,these include the type of faith-based ideals,job pressure,blindly follow,self-development and capital accumulation,etc.The reasons for diversification motives are caused by multiple factors,such as individual students,grassroots organizations and social restructuring.To correct vocational students motive to join the party,we must strengthen the education of Marxist theory,improve the grass-roots party building and legal system and emphasis on the student＇s social practice and training to enhance their party spirit.
