摘要
中国企业的跨国经营尚处于起步发展阶段,迫切需要吸收和学习国外先进的跨国经营经验以促进中国企业"走出去"。文章对欧盟促进企业跨国经营的政策进行了梳理和总结,并提出了促进中国企业跨国经营的政策建议。
China＇s enterprises＇ transnational operation is still in the initial stage. It is urgent to study foreign advanced relevant experiences to promote China＇s enterprises＇ transnational operation. The paper summarizes the EU＇s policies for promoting enterprises＇ transnational operation and puts forward some policy recommendations to promote China＇s enterprises＇ transnational operation.
