VLAN技术对工业Ethernet实时性影响分析

摘要 利用已构建的实验平台,并结合之前已经进行的实验,进行了一系列的实验以研究VLAN技术对交换式工业以太网实时性的影响,通过实验展示和分析了工业以太网应用VLAN技术可能出现的问题,这些主要是由于交换机内部资源是共有的,使得不同VLAN之间存在干扰。所进行的实验对用于过程控制工业以太网实时性的理论分析和实际改进有着具体的指导意义。 By means of test bed designed previously,several practical experiments are carried out to study VLAN for real-time behavior of switched industrial Ethernet.Associating with the previous experiments,these experiments show the potential problems caused by interference between VLANs arising from resource sharing inside the switch.The experiments would direct the theoretical analysis and practical improvement in industrial Ethernet for process control
