摘要
介绍了基于UG软件设计平台建立机床专用夹具设计模块的方法和关键技术。选择VC++,UG/OPEN二次开发夹具参数化元件、组件及非标准模型库,利用机床虚拟装配仿真再现夹具装配过程。设计了系统的核心模块,通过运行实例验证,该方法可高效快捷的设计夹具,提高企业的生产准备能力,加强夹具设计的标准化、系列化。
This paper introduces the methods and key technologies under UG exploitation of the design software of the fixtures for machine tool.Using VC++ or UG/OPEN,we have realized the secondary development of parametric components,modules and non-standard model library of fixtures.Virtual assembly simulation of machine tool is used to reproduce the fixture assembly process.We have designed the core module of the system.It has been proved by experiment that this method would make the design of fixtures faster and more efficient,improve the setting abilities and enhance the standardization and serialization of fixture design.
