土豆-生物质粒度对燃烧特性的影响

摘要 利用生物质燃烧发电,先要将生物质破碎然后燃烧,其粒度的大小对燃烧特性影响很大。为了研究这一影响,选用高挥发分、高水分的土豆作为试验材料,在热重分析仪上对不同尺寸土豆薄片分别进行燃烧实验,得到TG、DTG曲线,通过失重速率、着火温度,燃尽温度等对不同尺寸土豆燃烧特性进行分析。实验表明:同一尺寸,DTG曲线第一峰比第二峰峰值大;不同尺寸,尺寸越小,土豆着火越早,燃尽也随之提前;通过动力学分析发现尺寸越小,平均表观活化能越小。 Biomass fuels are crushed before its combustion for electricity generation.The sizes of biomass play an important role in combustion.As a kind of biomass,potatoes are chosen,which are full of high moisture and volatile matter,to be placed in the thermogravity analyzer for combustion and,as a result,TG and DTG curves are gotten.The combustion process can be analyzed by the weight-loss rate,the ignition temperature and the burnout temperature.It is found that the value of the first wave crest is higher than the second one at the same size;the smaller the size is,the earlier the ignition occurs,and the earlier the combustion completes.The smaller the size is,the lower the apparent activation energy is.
