摘要
以糯玉米淀粉为原料,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,制备高交联淀粉,分别考察环氧氯丙烷用量、氢氧化钠和硫酸钠总量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对反应的影响。在此基础上,通过正交实验确定了制备的最佳条件是:环氧氯丙烷用量为0.7mL、反应时间5h、氢氧化钠和硫酸钠总量15.6g、反应温度45℃。其透明度随着交联度的增大而减小,在高温及酸碱环境中不易糊化,有良好的抗膨胀性。
This study aimed at preparation of high cross-linked starch with waxy corn starch as raw material.Exploring the amount of epichlorohydrin,total amount of sodium hydroxide and sodium,reaction temperature,reaction time,on the starch crosslinking degree.On this basis,through the orthogonal experiment to determine the best conditions for preparation are:epichlorohydrin amount 0.7mL,total amount of sodium hydroxide and sodium 15.6g,reaction time 5h and temperature 45℃.The results showed that the clarity of modified starch gel decreased with the increase of DS.The effects of different high temperatures and different pH is weakened on the swelling of cross-linked starch.
