以玉米为原料产γ-PGA的研究 被引量:1

Study on flask-shaking fed batch fermentation of γ-PGA

摘要 通过摇瓶补料分批发酵方式下对γ-多聚谷氨酸产量影响的研究,最终确定了玉米糖化液、蛋白胨和前体物谷氨酸钠的最优初始浓度和最优补料方式,食用味精作为前体物。实验结果显示了,最优初始玉米糖化液浓度为20g/L,最优初始蛋白胨浓度为3g/L,最优初始前体物谷氨酸钠0g/L。进行全组分补料使γ-多聚谷氨酸产量达到76.56gLg/L。 Flask-shaking fed batch fermentation is carried out in the study by feedding glucose,peptone,monosodium glutamate and complete fermentation medium.the experiment result shows that the suitable initial concentration of glucose,peptone,monosodium glutamate respectively is 20g/L,3g/L,and 0g/L.To supplement complete fermentation medium every 12 hours from12th hour of fermentation process,the production of γ-PGA attain 76.56g/L by flask-shaking fermentation for 48 hours.
