摘要
转型时期政府规制失灵的产生既有一般性又有特殊性。克服政府规制的失灵、保障市场机制有效运行是转型时期市场经济国家的共同任务。规制治理制度的重构,对克服政府规制失灵和完善政府规制有着极其重要的作用。
Government regulation failure in transitional period has both universality and particularity.To overcome regulation failure and ensure the effective working of market mechanism is the common task of market economy country in transitional period.In this paper,analysis suggests that restructuring regulation governance system plays an important role in overcoming government regulation failure and improving government regulation.
