Changes of the time and society have made the big changes of the college students＇ thoughts which also affect the college students＇ needs and behaviors.The university education nowadays must follow the footsteps of the time and pay more attention to the changes of the college students＇ needs in order to provide the target-oriented guidance.This article analyses not only the new society requests towards the college students but also the change of them.So our goal is to provide more qualified students and open a new ball game of the employment work in colleges.
