老年性骨折病人的护理问题及对策

目的：探讨老年骨折病人的特点、护理问题及对策。方法：临床观察280例（男98例，女182例），年龄65～93岁。结果：老年骨折病人特点：①心理障碍和精神改变。②并发症多，病情复杂。结论：对老年骨折病人应严密观察病情变化，加强基础护理和心理护理，可减少并发症，提高治愈率，降低死亡率。

Objective：Discusses the old age bone fracture patient＇ s characteristic nursing question and the countermeasure. Methods：Clinical observation 280 examples （male 98 examples, female 182 examples）, age 6593 years old. Results： Old age bone fracture patient characteristic：①Psychological barrier and spiritual change.②The complication are many, the condition is complex. Conclusion：Should observe the condition change strictly to the old age bone fracture patient, strengthens foundation nursing and psychological nursing, may reduce the complication, raises the cure rate, cuts the mortality rate.
