3种2型糖尿病相关高危因素流行病学研究进展

近年来，针对糖尿病前期和高危因素研究陆续开展，因在所有糖尿病患者中2型糖尿病占90％以上，故2型糖尿病高危人群为重点研究人群，我国开展糖尿病危险因素研究方面起步相对较晚，国内外流行病学资料显示，在社区有不适症状的居民，往往伴发几种以上高危因素，且糖尿病的患病率比只有一种高危因素者提高了一倍多。腹性肥胖、高血压、2型糖尿病家族史是2型糖尿病常见的3种高危因素，和2型糖尿病的发生发展密切相关，我们在社区调查中，发现这三种因素常见，并且在一个个体常同时存在，故本文针对此三种高危因素的流行病学调查和中医症候研究进行综述，以期找到针对社区高危人群中，中医在预防2型糖尿病的理论基础。
