铺舒酮气雾剂吸入治疗小儿哮喘120例疗效观察

目的：观察辅舒酮气雾剂吸入治疗小儿哮喘的疗效及其与必可酮气雾荆的差异。方法：我院门诊和住院的小儿哮喘病人120例，随机分为两组，分别使用两种药物并观察其疗效和肺功能。结果：两组患儿肺功能均有明显改善（P〈0．01），两组的临床疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），铺舒酮气雾剂组临床症状改善程度明显优于必可酮气雾荆组。结论：铺舒酮气雾荆是一种新型、高效、安全的新一代的吸入性糖皮质激素，具有抗炎作用强、副作用小等优点，可以代替必可酮气雾荆长期吸入治疗小儿哮喘。

Methods： My courtyard outpatient service and in hospital young child asthma patient 120 examples, divide into two groups stochastically, uses two medicines separately and observes its curative effect and the lung function. Results：Two group of baby lung function has the distinct improvement （P〈0.01） ,the shop extends the alkone aero- sol group clinical symptoms improvement degree to surpass must be possible the alkone aerosol group. Conclusion：The shop extends the alkone aerosol is one kind new, highly effective, the safe new generation;s imbedibility sugar cortical hormone, has the anti-- SARS to affect, the side effect strongly small and so on merits, may replace must be possible the alkone aerosol long--term inspira- tion to treat the young child asthma.
