目的：探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗重度痔时的常见并发症及预防措施。方法：回顾性分析我院2008年6月至2009年6月行PPH术的46例重度痔患者的临床资料，分析手术并发症发生的原因及处理。结果：本组46例手术时间为10～40min，平均16．5min，术后平均住院时间3．5d。术后发生尿潴留12例；术后吻合口即刻出血21例，迟发型出血1例；肛门疼痛8例；术后1月发现吻合口狭窄1例，无直肠阴道瘘。结论：PPH治疗重度痔具有疗效好，并发症少的优点，通过规范手术操作、提高手术操作技巧，大多数并发症均可预防。
