带教老师影响带教质量因素的分析及对策

摘要 目的:分析临床带教中带教老师影响带教质量的因素,寻找改进带教质量的对策。方法:采取护士长及带教组长提出的方法、设置医生问卷调查和开座谈会听取护生的意见等,以全面详细的了解临床带教情况。结果:调查结果显示带教老师工作中存在着带教老师只是层次偏低、用力过大、专业思想不稳定、带教内容缺乏规范等问题。结论:带教老师应有责任心、基础理论知识扎实、临床经验丰富、擅长归纳总结的高年资护士担任。并与科实通过加大带教老师培训力度,建立资格带致制度,规范带教内容及带教制度的实施并与被带教人员建立良好的关系,形成教学相长的局面,提高临床带教质量。 Objective:Analyzes in the clinical guidance and teaching guidance and teaching teacher to affect the guidance and teaching quality the factor, seeks for the improvement guidance and teaching quality the countermeasure. Methods: Adopts the method which head nurse and guidance and teaching group leader proposed, to establish doctor the questionnaire survey and holds the symposium to listen to protects the fresh opinion and so on, by full detail understanding clinical guidance and teaching situation. Results: The survey result showed that guidance and teaching teacher works has guidance and teaching teacher is only the level is somewhat low, the effort oversized, the specialized thought unstable, the guidance and teaching content lacks questions and so on standard. Conclusion: Guidance and teaching teacher should have high period of service nurse who the sense of responsibility, the basic theory knowledge solid, the clinical rich experience, excels to induce summarizes to hold the post. And through enlarges guidance and teaching teacher with the branch reality to train dynamics, estab- lishes the qualifications belt to send the system, the standard guidance and teaching content and the guidance and teaching system's imple- mentation and with is established by the guidance and teaching personnel the good relations, forms the one learns by teaching the aspect, im- proves the clinical guidance and teaching quality.
