消化内科住院患者情况调查分析

Gastroenterology Inpatient Survey and Analysis

目的：探讨消化内科住院患者临床规律。方法：对2007-2009年消化内科住院患者进行统计分析，观察病种、性别、季节分布规律，用药情况及院内感染情况。结果：病种居前三位的是：急性胃肠炎、消化道出血和胃十二指肠溃疡；男患者多于女患者；部分疾病有明显的季节性；用药前三位的是：奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、参麦注射液；感染部位前三位分别是呼吸道、消化道和泌尿道。结论：消化内科住院患者中存在一定的规律，对制定预见性计划及对应措施有一定的意义。

Objective：Inpatient clinical law of Gastroenterology. Methods： In 2007 - 2009 pairs of Gastroenterology Inpatient sta- tistical analysis, observation of diseases, sex, seasonal distribution of the drug use, and nosocomial infection. Results：Top three disea- ses：acute gastroenteritis,gastrointestinal bleeding and stomach ulcer;male patients more than female patients ;part of the disease has a significant seasonal; medication top three .. omeprazole, clarithromycin, Shen Mai injection; infection of the top three sites were re- spiratory,digestive and urinary tract. Conclusion：Gastroenterology hospitalized patients there is a certain discipline to develop predictive plans and corresponding measures have a certain significance.
