国产多烯紫杉醇及联合顺铂治疗非细胞肺癌临床研究

目的：探讨国产多西紫杉醇（多帕菲，齐鲁制药）＋顺铂联合化疗方案对非小细胞肺的临床疗效和安全性，并以进口多西紫杉醇（泰索帝）＋顺铂联合化疗方案作对照。方法：患者随机分入多帕菲单用组（A组，31例）：多帕菲75mg／m2i．v．d1＋顺铂80mg／m2i．v．分3d用，每21d为1周期；泰索帝＋顺铂组（B组，33例）：泰索帝75mg／m2i．v．d1＋顺铂80rag／m2i．v．分3d用，每21d为1周期。结果：入组的64例中59例可评价疗效，A、B组有效率分别为17．95％、21．62％。A和B组有效率相似。不良反应主要有中性粒细胞减少、贫血、粒细胞减少性发热、其他发热、脱发、恶心呕吐和乏力。B组中性粒细胞减少的发生率高于A组，两组间差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。其余不良反应两组相似。结论：国产多西紫杉醇（多帕菲）＋顺铂与进口多西紫杉醇（泰索帝）＋顺铂两联合化疗方案相似，对非小细胞肺癌有一定疗效，且毒性可耐受。

Results：enters the group in 64. examples 59 examples to be possible to ap- praise the curative effect, A, B group of effectiveness respectively is 17.95%, 21.62~. A and B group of effectiveness are similar. The untoward effect mainly has the neutral granular cell to reduce, anemia, the granular cell reduction to give off heat, other to give off heat, to lose hair, the disgusting vomit and the asthenia. B group of neutral granular cell reduces the formation rate is higher than A group, two groups of differences have the significance （P〈0.05）. Other untoward effect two group of similar. Conclusion： Domestically produced many west taxuses mellow （the multi--handkerchief Philippines） -I- with imports many west taxuses along the platinum mellow （peaceful rope emperor） ＋ to he similar along the platinum two union chemotherapy plan, has certain curative effect to the non--cellule lung cancer, and the toxicity may endure.
