目的：探讨不同产程中实施剖宫产后临床监测指标分析其子宫切口愈合的情况。方法：通过对未临产及临产后不同产程中施行新式剖宫产术的产妇1050例临床观察其体温，宫旁局限性固定压痛和阴道流血情况，并且结合手术后的第6天B超检查情况，了解其子宫切口愈合情况进行分析。结果：①未临产与临产后第一产程行剖宫产者子宫切口愈合差异有显著性，与临产后第二产程行剖宫产者子宫切口愈合差异无显著性；②临产后于第一产程与第二产程行剖宫产者子宫切口愈合差异有显著性；③剖宫产术后体温〉39℃或体温不正常持续1周以上、或子宫局限性固定压痛、或有不正常阴道流血者，均有子宫切口愈合不良的可能。结论：子宫切口愈合与是否临产、临产后不同产程、术后体温、子宫局限性固定压痛、异常阴道流血有明确的相关性。

Conelusion..The womb margin heals after whether to be in labor, be in labor the different course of childbirth, the technique the body temperature, the womb limitation fixed tenderness, the unusual vagina bleed have the explicit relevance.
