长托宁药理作用和临床应用进展

长托宁（盐酸戊乙奎醚）由军事医学科学院毒物药物研究所曾繁忠研究员研制，1999年获国家一类新药，2002年获国家技术发明二等奖。“长托宁取代阿托品救治有机磷家药中毒技术”为卫生部第一轮、第二轮面向农村和基层推广适宜技术“十年百项计划”项目。长托宁作为选择性作用于M1、M3和N1、N2受体的新型抗胆碱药，目前在有机磷中毒抢救、麻醉前给药、微循环障碍、呼吸和消化系统疾病等临床过程中研究进展很快，本文对其药理作用和临床应用作一综述。
